We want to spread our joy to the world and tell you that the Pharma Forum 2015 agenda is hot off the press! We have a lot of new things happening this year and hope you are looking as forward to this longest-running industry-leading event as much as we are! Here are ten things to cross-off your wish list this year:
1. Move to the Mid-Atlantic
After three years in Florida, we're going back to our roots. While it may not be as sunny and warm of a location, our 2015 venue does not fall short from spactacular. This year, Pharma Forum has been invited to the beautiful Marriott Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland (just a stone's throw from Baltimore and Washington DC).
2. Enhance Onsite Engagement
At last year's meeting, attendees had the first-ever opportunity to network with business prospects and set onsite appointments with a meeting management software. This year, our partners at Elite Meetings have launched a new platform called AttendeeHub that uses responsive design to enhance the user experience of appointment scheduling. Don't worry, you can access AttendeeHub on your computer, mobile devices and it's integrated into the Quickmobile Pharma Forum 2015 mobile app!
3. Career Development Opportunity
We know that career development is incredibly important for meeting planners and managers working in a shifting industry. This is why we've restructured the agenda to reflect this need by adding a track on Day Two focused around company advancement. Choose between Prove You Know How to Manage Healthcare Meetings - A Focus on the CMP and CMP-HC and Be an Epic Force; Be the Change - Exercises in Critical Thinking. We also received such great feedback on Pat Schaumann's (CMP, CSEP, DMCP, HMCC, Director, Professional Development- Healthcare Sector, Meetings Professional International, MPI) Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certificate Program that we brought it back for a second year! Earn your Healthcare Meeting Compliance Certificate and gain a foundation in key healthcare regulations by joining us at this post-conference workshop.
4. Re-Construct the Newcomer's Orientation
New to Pharma Forum? Or just want to learn more about how to maximize your onsite experience? Join us in an informal setting to get to know ten ways to make the most of this event. Meet speakers, other attendees as well as receive a full mobile app and appointment software training tutorial all before Pharma Forum even offically kicks off!
5. Deep-Dive Learning Labs
Participate in an interactive extended workshop delving into topics most relevant to you. Lab themes include: Master Reporting Complexities, Strategic Meeting Management, Technology in Practice, Promoting Health and Wellness at Meetings and Events, Challenges in the Hotelier vs. Meeting Manager Relationship, and Disaster Recovery Plans. Roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty!
6. Freely Swim the Stream
The last thing we want is for you to get FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) at Pharma Forum. This is why we made it incredibly easy for you to customize your onsite learning experience. Flow between more than 40 breakout streams organized by level of expertise, company size/type and meeting type/design.
7. Cross-Industry Inspiration
Some of the best tips of advice are from event movers and shakers outside of our industry. Fresh ideas come from all perspectives. Learn and network with cross-industry innovators and see how you can take your medical meetings to the next level.
8. Give Back and Make Impact
If you attended Pharma Forum last year, you might remember last year's CSR activity that contributed over 350 handmade bracelets to children patients at local hospitals. The evening event was not only helped make young patients day just a bit brighter, it also was incredibly fun and interactive! This year, channel your inner Van Gogh and paint a pair of TOMS® shoes that will be auctioned off or donated with all proceeds going to a local hospital or charity.
9. Innovation Network Showcase
Check out these back-to-back micro presentations that highlight a myraid of programs and events that have revolutionized meeting design and delivery. Learn what companies are doing to implement cutting edge models and embrace new creative practices. Gear up to learn from other bright minds and glean insight into what's achievable at your own company.
10. Awards & Prizes Galore

Also, be rewarded for networking and engaging onsite by using the event mobile app to its fullest extent.
